Warm up your winter with £250 from Moy Park Foodservice!
Sue and Alan Paine have been running The Bowl Inn, a cosy independent pub in Ashford, Kent, for 18 years. Focusing on families and the local community, their offering appeals to a variety of customers with a menu featuring popular traditional favourites.
Sue, Alan and their team recently trialled the new Warming Winter Bites menu from Moy Park Foodservice, offering hot light bites to their customers as a potential additional profit making opportunity over winter months.
The Warming Winter Bites menu features a selection of mouth-watering products from Moy Park Foodservice, which are ready in minutes, including Battered Natural Onion Rings and Cauliflower Cheese Bites, perfect to make the most of this fantastic profit-making opportunity. "The menu went down very well," explains Sue, "and the products were extremely easy to cook and prepare. We would definitely add some of them to the permanent menu."
With the pub relying on local regulars for trade, it's essential that Sue and Alan offer something new to their customers and keep their menu refreshed and interesting. Over the two week trial period The Bowl Inn successfully served the dishes to their customers, not only as bar snacks but also as part of delicious sharing platters to share. "The regulars complimented us on the new menu, and really enjoyed the products. The Mediterranean Crunchies and Red Pepper and Jalapeno Goujons were very popular, and the Crunchy Chicken Pops were delicious!"
